The FA Cup is a competition in which Bristol Rovers have never progressed past the quarter-final stage. They have achieved this three times, most recently in 2008 when they lost to West Bromwich Albion.
Bristol Rovers first played in the FA Cup in 1895-96, when they played a 1st qualifying round game at home to Warmley and lost 2-0. It took another five years before Rovers reached the first round proper of the competition for the first time, where they lost to Reading.
